ABOUT THE

NCEFC

The National Customized Employment Fidelity Center (NCEFC) was established to strengthen fidelity in the delivery of Customized Employment (CE) services nationwide. Fidelity—by implementing practices as designed—ensures that CE leads to meaningful, sustainable jobs and improved outcomes for people with disabilities.

NCEFC serves as a hub for research, resources, and tools that guide practitioners, organizations, and systems in delivering CE services with integrity and consistency. By providing clear standards and practical support, the Center helps the field move toward greater accountability and lasting employment outcomes.

The NCEFC is a collaborative effort between leading organizations in the field of disability employment and research:

  • Griffin-Hammis Associates

  • San Diego State University Research Foundation – Interwork Institute

  • Utah State University Institute for Disability Research, Policy, and Practice

Together, these partners bring decades of expertise in training, technical assistance, research, and systems change to advance the practice of Customized Employment across the country.
