ABOUT THE

NCEFC

The National Customized Employment Fidelity Center (NCEFC) was founded by Griffin-Hammis Associates (GHA) and Marc Gold & Associates (MG&A) to strengthen fidelity in the delivery of Customized Employment (CE) services nationwide. Fidelity—implementing practices as designed—ensures that CE leads to meaningful, sustainable jobs and improved employment outcomes for people with disabilities.

NCEFC serves as a hub for research, resources, and practical tools that support practitioners, provider organizations, and public systems in delivering CE services with integrity and consistency. By providing clear standards and applied guidance, the Center helps the field move toward greater accountability and stronger employment outcomes.

The Center’s work is carried out in collaboration with leading research and implementation partners, including:

  • Utah State University – Institute for Disability Research, Policy, and Practice

  • San Diego State University Research Foundation – Interwork Institute

Together, these organizations contribute deep expertise in training, technical assistance, research, and systems change, supporting the advancement of high-quality Customized Employment across the country.
